Girls for Girls Club
The Girls for Girls program is a program that deals with helping young girls deal with the many issues they face on a day to day basis. It's a place where they can express their feelings and concerns. We have had many visits from volunteer qualified educators. We deal with peer pressure, manners, behavior problems, anger, and a host of many other issues the girls express a desire to learn how to handle constructively. We will continue throughout the next year with some help from the Girl Scouts and some noted professionals. The Girls for Girls Club got a chance to go to
Berardi's Family Kitchen for a luncheon as part of our manners program taught by Miss Jennifer Washington. They also had a day at Camp Timberlane at the Girl Scout Camp.
